Delivery Times - stock items are normally be dispatched within 48 hours. For special orders please contact us for estimated delivery times.
Returns - if your goods arrive faulty or damaged we will either issue you with a full refund or where feasible dispatch replacement goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned. Please note that there is no automatic right to a refund for made-to-order items. Any refunds given for made to order items are at the discretion of the management.
You have 14 days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are returned to us unused in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Piob Mhor of Scotland Limited does not accept any liability for goods that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that any parcel is fully insured. We recommend that all receipts / proof of return posting, documentation slips etc should be retained by the customer for reference. Return postage costs will be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty. Should you wish to return an item please do contact us beforehand in order that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Force Majeure – No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in connection with any action described in this agreement if such a failure results from any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, or other cause beyond such parties reasonable control, including any mechanical, electronic or communications failure.
Consequential Loss - responsibility will not be accepted for any consequential loss or damage or expense caused by errors or by delay in delivery from any cause.
