Orders – stock items are normally dispatched with 48 hours. If goods are not in stock or are made to the customers specification then we will endeavour to provide you with an estimated delivery date before proceeding with your order.
Prices – whilst every effort is made as to the accuracy of prices displayed on our websites and price lists prices are subject to change without notice. If a price is corrected, the customer will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order. All orders taken are subject to availability.
Payment – payment may be made using the following methods. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, or by Sterling Cheque made payable to - Piob Mhor of Scotland Limited
Cancellation Period – you may cancel an order within 14 days. Cancellation of your order should be communicated in writing or by e-mail. Please retain a copy of the cancellation notice for your own records.
Work commencing prior to the expiry of the Cancellation Period - where the customer has already agreed that work may commence before the 14 day cancellation period expires, reasonable payment may be due for any work already carried out prior to cancellation.
Delivery - goods available from stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being received. We will contact you by telephone or by email if there is the possibility of any significant delay to your order. If your goods fail to arrive within 30 days of despatch, please contact us. Where an incorrect delivery address has been provided we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Shipping Charges - prices shown on our web site(s) and price lists exclude post and packing.
Goods are normally shipped using the most economic method available. Please advise us if you require the goods to be sent by special carrier, express delivery etc. We will advise you as to the cost of delivery prior to shipping.
Retention of Title - all items remains the property of Piob Mhor of Scotland Limited until paid for in full.
Taxes / Import Duty - in the UK and other European Union countries - VAT is charged at the locally prevailing rate for your country. Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these are normally collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government which we have no control over. Value Added Tax will be added to all UK orders at the current rate. Where VAT is deducted for non-EU countries, the country of destination may impose duty. It is the customer's responsibility to reclaim any duties paid on goods that have been subsequently returned for refund.

Act 1979. Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. The Sale and Supply of Goods Act
1994, Distance Selling Regulations 2000, and The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers
